The Painter
The painter was tormenting the town of Pakadia as a serial killer. His weapon of choice? A false hydra. Living under the ruise as an artist, the painter would lure people to his home and sacrifice them to his god, Bol, and the false hydra.
It was later learned by Pippy, when the party defeated him, that the painter used to be a follower of Baoth but turned from the path and went crazy and abused the gifts bestowed upon him by Baoth. Pippy sees the painter as an omen of what could become if she strays from the path and doesn't follow through on the promises she makes.
