Oris Backspeak

In the gang-ruled back streets of Oris, a complex lingo was designed between the gangs. The point was to avoid guards and other external elements listening in on confidential conversations. However, the language soon spread from the port city of Oris to the back streets of every city by and around the Dragon Skull Sea. The language was partially based on the complex, alien grammar of the Ancients, the other part is gibberish with sometimes a word thrown in that isn't already replaced in the language.
