Merchant and Shopping District

There are two merchant a shopping areas and both are well patrolled by the City Guard (not the Royal Guard). These two areas are safe. They are also well lit at night. Some of the shops, and most of the restaurants stay open at night. There is also an indoor theater here that hosts plays, comedy, and music.
