Mittigan Jappar

Mittigan Jappar is a Sahde.  A shade is not undead, but is a person who found a way to use shadow from shadowfell to greatly extend their life.  As such, they are tied to shadowfell.  This does not mean that they cannot leave shadowfell at all, but it does give them some limitations when not in shadowfell.
Mittigan was a mortal mage who violently took over Darkholm replacing its original ruler and creator.  He uses magic items to maintain the plane so that it will not fall apart.
