Apollo
The Truth-Teller Apollo (a.k.a. Phoebus Apollo)
Apollo was the son of Zeus and Leto. Growing up, Apollo was nursed by the nymphs Korythalia and Aletheia, the personification of truth. He is the most greek among all the gods, a beautiful sight, a delight to listen to when he played the Lyre and the lord of the silver bow. He is known for many talents and gifts to humanity, his biggest being that of medicine.
He is known as a god of many things, but most importantly as the god of prophecy and the god of light, in whom is no darkness at all, and so he is the god of truth. No false word ever falls from his lips:
