This is the best resource for finding stats and other information about the various races available as playable characters. Anything listed on there is allowed, albeit with some modification. Anything that currently has an article has been adapted to the Theros setting and has a large array of information for roleplaying that race in Theros and their various cultural traditions and the places they'd be most common and the places they'd call home.
