Zangrim Wagglefern
Chairman Zangrim Wagglefern is the the chairman of the district of Andrea. He also serves as the lead librarian of the Clonio Athenaeum and the curator of the Clonio Museum. Many view him as a nerdy bookworm, while others view him as a powerful and knowledgeable wizard. Those living in Andrea, however, care not for his knowledge or power; they instead view him as a careless, bumbling fool and blame him for the terrible state of his district, which is rampant with crime and falling apart at the seems. Some even suspect him of embezzling money to fund the library, where he spends most of his time.
