Caine Barimen
Born to Rilga in 527 Caine was the most active in Amber politics of Rilga's children and remains active in the nobility to this day. While he held no official role under King Oberon, Random named him Director of Diplomatic Relations during his ascention, a role which remains somewhat vaguely defined.
