Rilga Sooto

Born in 627 AP of Caer Sooto family in the Golden Circle Shadow of Caradoc, Rilga was trained in politics from a young age. Paired with Oberon in 722 AP as part of consolidation effort to more effectively bind Caradoc and Amber, the result was largely successful until she divorced Oberon in 814 AP and returned to Caradoc where she remains today. While married, Rilga bore three children - Caine, Julian and Gerard.
