Elf, Pallid

With their unearthly grace and fine features, elves appear hauntingly beautiful to humans and members of many other races. They are slightly shorter than humans on average, ranging from well under 5 feet tall to just over 6 feet. They are more slender than humans, weighing only 100 to 145 pounds. Males and females are about the same height, and males are only marginally heavier than females.   Elves’ coloration encompasses the normal human range and also includes skin in shades of copper, bronze, and almost bluish-white, hair of green or blue, and eyes like pools of liquid gold or silver. Elves have no facial and little body hair. They favor elegant clothing in bright colors, and they enjoy simple yet lovely jewelry.   The pallid elves are a mystical and insightful people with skin as pale as the surface of Selisruun. They wander the world with childlike curiosity.
"The following communities are known to the people of Myzelis and recorded in the Journals of Eblin. Realms not listed here have no known populations of these Aethrin large enough to list as communities in their own right."

Gylidder Pallid Elves

Selisruun's Children: Many elven settlements had existed on Gylidd island before the Ripple and the Brume that followed. While Hynfaol on the southwestern side survived the event relatively unscathed, the cities of the Pallid Elves - known in Myzelis as Selisruunic (Moon) Elves - on the eastern half were mercilessly purged by Vrokíva. The descendants of those who survived the event have spread throughout the island, mostly congregating within Gylidd Syn Aethri City itself. Their species has never since reached a plurality anywhere, but the highest concentration of these elven families can be found in the twin towns of Lyn Yl'edd and Lyn Yl'dee - the Selisruunic Elven terms "to set" and "to rise," under the high priest Yondithrich, whose congregation at the grand Lunar Sanctuary is one of the largest in all Myzelis to revere the incari of the moon.
