Izzithsicoria Dauddraig (is-ith-see-CORE-ee-uh) is a greatwyrm red dragon infused with the elemental essence of the noble Auran, who lives among the people of Gylidd Island. They hold dominion over the winds and storms of autumn and harvest time, and are part of the mythos of wealth and community gatherings that mark the brisk fall months. They appear to be a red dragon from the tip of their nose to their waist, with two powerful forelimbs and wings, but their lower half manifests as a dark stormcloud punctuated with white hot lightning. They are also known as the Purveyor of Story and Song, and the most esteemed Patron of Gylidd’s collections of knowledge and magic. They are one of the four Elemental Dragons of Gylidd whose history extends back to the beginning of the written word during the Inaethrite Era, establishing a presence on the island well before the construction of Gylidd Syn Aethri.
