Elemental Plane of Water- Enki
The nature of water is to flow, not like the gusting wind or the leaping flame, but smoothly and steadily. It is the rhythm of the tide, the nectar of life, the bitter tears of mourning, and the balm of sympathy and healing. Given time, it can erode all in its path. A large spherical ocean of endless water makes up the plane, with large pockets of air giving off the illusion of a planar surface. It is impossible to detect a top and a bottom within the expanse of water that is Enki.
He is the entity responsible for the flowing of time. Time is the 2nd oldest of the overgods and the wisest. Time is what allows for the progress that takes place in the universe, and the hardest of the overgods to comprehend. His energy swims through the essence of space lost to its waters spread too thin to comprehend.
Geography
The plane is pure water. Or at least that is the majority of it. Islands of earth, and air fill the interior of the vast ocean, brought about from pockets of Empty colliding with the surface. Otherwise the plane is effectively a massive nutrient rich ocean.
Localized Phenomena
The plane is filled with water, while for most of its denizens the breathing is not so much of an issue, the planes water is completely breathable making a rather uncomfortable transition. In addition time doesn't work properly on this plane, causing an unpredictable distance for travelers between when they leave and return. It is entirely possible that one might leave the plane in a completely different era than when they entered.
In addition many lost items forgotten to time are sucked into the plane to float aimlessly in its depths.
