Cai Shin'en

Cai Shin'en is the husband of Dai Shin'en who was born in -234 CV. Cai never considered himself a fighter due to his weaker constitution and poor aptitude for fighting. Cai would instead be the first Shin'en to get heavily into politics. Being assigned many different high-ranking positions within the Qing Empire, he was often disgusted with how much corruption the empire had due to its declining state.
