Halls of the Revered

The Hall of the Revered Kings and the Hall of the Revered Queens are the names of the winding passages out of the two entrances of the capital of Veczi. Steep burial mounds surround the grassland path, each covered in wildflowers. These mounds house the final resting places of the past rulers of Veczi, the flowers carefully planted and tended over the years.
As is custom in Veczi, people of honor are buried in prominent locations.

Controversy

Some controversy was stirred in Kumibar in the heavily gendered treatment of deceased leaders when a deceased ruler was buried in a relatively inaccessible area. Though they were not excessively popular, such an act was seen as extremely disrespectful, while also raising questions about how to avoid such a thing in the future.
