Hunter's Vale
Demographics
Hunter's Vale is overwhelmingly human, though a few other species can be found. People tend to cycle through the town fairly quickly, with many staying only to learn from the tiny bardic college that has established itself here.
Government
Mayor Alan Judikael runs the town, as he has for nearly two decades. He insists on an election every few years, but no one ever runs against him.
Industry & Trade
The forests around the village house a number of logging camps, both abandoned and active, that create most of the wealth of the town. A few small farms keep the town fairly self sufficient, though the most successful of them are those that sell hops.
A small but industrious blacksmithery takes contracts largely from the capital city's army.
