The murder of Iccotian councilor Shi Pam lead to a series of murders, arsons, and gang riots that have ultimately become known as the Iccotian Gang Wars. During the gang wars, councilor Kil Nadorsk was murdered by then guard captain Olud Dreft, in addition to three other civilians and a fellow guard member.
