Jewelled Deda

A jewelled captain of the garnet rank. Deda is a half-Drow from Peridot who acts as one of the captains of the guard and notably interacted with Esmerae and the rest of The Kaechaek Party when they chose to take on his bounty to kill Teneted vampires hunting and prowling in The Diamond.
