Jubbross Mine

One of the mines in the grotto in Chu, this is a relatively new mine that delves miles beneath the surface using technology to quickly transport people and equipment across vast distances without having to use or rely on magical abilities. This mine primarily harvests the new material Karas (or Tokreon/Tokr to the Drow) and its repositories are stored in the upper levels.
Named after the gnome that invented the lifts, allowing the material to be discovered.

The Tokreon/Karas is stored in a stone room with iron doors that have heavy locks and bars.
There is a trip wire just inside the door (DC 18) that is attached to a bolt trap (+5 1d12+5).
There are 2x repeater ballistas in the corners of the room that track movement, they will only fire if the tripwire is activated (+10 2d12+5) and they take an action to reload themselves.
