Knightbleak

A village on the north coast of The Aardragoon Islands that sees very warm climates for most of the year. Some of the produce from these areas can only be grown and found in this region and fetch a high price at foreign markets.
The farmland, orchards and vineyards make use of the natural sloping earth found here to grow produce in vast stacked rows with the workers able to maintain and harvest crops with ease. These plantations are a visually iconic feature of this island and region and are referenced in many famous works of art.
Residential areas and freshwater well sit much closer to the coast, a little further away from the crops due to the safety the flat land and large viewing distance bring. Small patrols and pack animals from Orindal guard the crops at night from any feral creatures or those that would look to steal from The Ancora.
