Despite not holding any official position, it's public knowledge that every move or decision made by Clan Voldaren comes from Olivia's influence, as she gently guides her Clan from the shadows.
In public, she plays the part of a young vampiress indulging her every hedonistic whim, behaving like a flirtatious young adult exploring the world for the first time. The deception is so blatant as to fool almost none, but even those who know her confess they can never tell what she's really thinking.
As Rose Monarch, she saw Respite enter the Psychic Wars after it was revealed that her predecessor was being controlled by the Elder Brain of the Illithids. Her skills in both Sacred Combat and on the battlefields of the Immortal Lands were truly frightening to behold. The precise details of her treason were never made public, and are still debated today.
