When you find yourself lost in the wood, your only hope is the Elves being there to help you through. This forest as magical as its inhabits has brought the literal forest to life. The Elves being in-tune with this magic can carve their way trough the twisting roots and vines dancing with the forest. This forest has settled down in the middle of the [Great Plains] and was only found in The Great Exploration. As people begin to explore the forests finding ruins; expeditions were sent there only to never return. This make the G.A. wary to send out more and thus the forests expedition were cut. So what sits beyond the elves and why there were ruins there we may never know but the H.G. recorded what it could. I still wish they wouldn't redact the information and I can only hope they never find mine
