Don Vitorio Bellum Bianchi (a.k.a. Father)
Vitorio was the 5th don of the Bellum familia, a criminal organazitation that adhered to a code and had it's headquarters in the Nine Hells.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Vitorio wasn't particularly physically adept, however he wasn't a defenseless man etiher. He was just slightly above average.
Specialized Equipment
Vitorio always carried around a concealed weapon called "Reaper's Record", a bookmark tha could turn into a blade.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Vitorio was always a machiavellic person. Whatever you might think he was five steps ahead of you. That's how he landed himself his position as don of the Bellum familia. He outsmarted his predecessor and persuaded him to give in his position.
Education
Although he was a really smart person, Vitorio had no education at all. He was raised by the streets of the red district of a city in Stygia know as Frigidton. He learned from the people's in the streets that crime was only bad if he was caught, and that manipulation could take him a long way.
Accomplishments & Achievements
- Vitorio rose to the top of the Bellum familia after only eight years in it.
- He conducted the familia in an efficient way and managed to make a name for it on the layer of Stygia.
Mental Trauma
Vitorio saw with his own eyes how his parents were killed by a eirinyes after they couldn't pay a debt they aqucired.
Intellectual Characteristics
Vitorio's intellect was frightening at times. When he managed to get an education after joining the familia, he broadened the horizons of his mind at giant steps. He learned tactics, manipulation techniques, psychology and put it all to good use.
Morality & Philosophy
Vitorio was usually described as a cruel yet fair man. He claimed his dues and he claimed them in brutal ways, however he cherished and respected the people of his community. He never hurt a child and he only dealt with adults.
He implemented a new rule to the familia, a rule of retaliation. If anyone hurt a member of the familia, they hurt it as a whole. No one was left behind by another member and each one were to give their lives for each other.
Taboos
Targeting the weak and defenseless was the biggest trigger of Vitorio's wrath.
