Trinity is not from Detroit, she just grew up in the child welfare system in Detroit. She doesn't know where she comes from or if she has any family. You see, Trinity was born Wolfblooded, and had a Tell from early on in her life. Developing the Evil Eye when she was young, Trinity accidentally cursed some people. A lot of people, she thinks. She must have right? To be abandoned, cast off, worthless? Trinity has a few happy memories, but not many. Once she was a happy child, and was on vacation with her family. She doesn't know what happened, she doesn't remember how, but suddenly she was alone. That's the sum of it - she doesn't have any past that until after her First Change.
Trinity ran away from yet another foster home when she was 16. She was just a paycheck for the foster parents, they didn't care. She ended up in one of Detroit's most common youth hotel - an abandoned and condemned house. Unfortunately for her, Trinity's First Change happened while she was squatting in that abandoned house with her two closest friends. One night ...Something... attacked them in that house, and Trinity Changed. The rest is a nightmare of blood and screaming and so Trinity blocked out the bad memory. Trinity's friends didn't survive her change, and so she doesn't talk about it.
Trinity ran away from Detroit, was found and inducted into the Storm Lords after her one retelling of what killed her friends. She learned what she could and headed back to Detroit - She can't let it kill anyone else. Trinity met Emily and Virgil after they formed The Pack and immediately took it over, declaring herself as their Alpha. Trinity started off by directing their efforts at things they had missed when they were working just the two of them. She pointed out areas that need improvement and incidentally damaged her relationship with Virgil by disagreeing about how to focus their efforts.
