Virgil
Virgil wasn't born in Detroit. Hell, Virgil wasn't even born Wolfblooded. His father was Wolfblooded but lacked an obvious Tell and hoped it would skip a generation. Milwaukee had not been kind to their family. Virgil was attacked and nearly killed by a Vampire who thought Virgil had witnessed something that broke the Masquerade. Poor Virgil would have died if his wolfblood hadn't kicked in giving him the Wolf's Meat Tell. When he was released from the hospital by the bewildered doctors, Virgil immediately started training with any defense course he could get into.
Virgil's First Change was bloody and left only wreckage in its wake. The same Vampire who attacked him the first time tried to finish the job the second time Virgil caught him feeding, this time in the shadows of the transit station. Virgil changed in the stop and ripped the hungry Vampire apart. Their fight is legendary among Milwaukee Uratha, as it had far too few witnesses for something so epic. But Virgil just shrugged and said "The Herd Must Not Know" Virgil left after being inducted into the Iron Masters tribe, deciding to settle in Detroit and carve out his territory there. He was told it was a suicide mission, but Virgil just sees it as a challenge.
Virgil started Hunting just after getting to Detroit, primarily hunting Vampires. Emily tracked him down and they formed a Pack. Virgil remained the primary Hunter and they weren't able to perform a Siskur-Dah for months. That remained an ever-infuriating state of affairs until Trinity found them and took over as Pack Leader and led them on their Zakmur-Dah.
