The Lord Admiral of Terra, and the official leader of the Galactic Systems Union. A very by-the-book, cold and experienced leader, Lord Admiral Orson Marcellus rules over Terra with an iron fist. His reasoning is to ensure the safety and security of the innocent citizens against those who would disrupt the peace. At the same time, he works tirelessly to perfect Terra’s defenses against potential external threats. He is a man whose punishment is swift and his decisions absolute, though among most residents of Terra, he is praised as a hero. Disliked, or even hated as he may be by his GSU contemporaries, there is one thing none can dispute, and that is his invaluable tactical experience as a navy admiral.
