R'Tas
R'Tas , the Celestial of Order
R'tas is the Celestial of Order and Conservator of the Multiverse. He monitors each universe and monitors the cosmic balance. While not all seeing or all knowing, he holds immense power. He was the creator of the Glow and was the first of the Celestials to introduce the creation of Eternals.

Personal history
R’tas rarely ever interacts with mortals even compared to his Celestial brethren, and keeps to the void between universes. Instead he commands his Eternals to handle these affairs. Though on a few occasions where he deemed it necessary, R’tas has personally addressed certain people.
The Celestial of Order was prepared to deal with the first ever Convergence but was stopped by the fact that he foresaw an imminent end to Nozdormu and a reversal event due very soon. The Acheron Cataclysm that enveloped the entire Milkyway in the destructive Mist did not escape his attention, but for reasons unknown, he intentionally did not intervene.
