Nexus
The “Capital” of the Glow, Nexus is home to the souls of those deemed worthy enough to inhabit this bastion of the Celestials. Life here is akin to a utopia, people provide for each other's needs and exchange fairly and freely as they like. Living standards are high and the city itself is filled with wonders and oddities from many realms and times. Due to the ever expanding population the city actually exists in countless ‘phases’, essentially copies of the city's physical space separated magically to avoid overpopulation and crowding. These are numbered, and can be travelled between by portals freely. Nexus is also settled and managed by the Eternals, who are its prime judges and guards; although they also delegate to other species such as in positions like the Nexus Guard. Outside of Nexus are miles of sprawling natural landscapes which in every direction except ‘east’ seem to go on forever. To the east however is a large magical barrier which marks the beginning of the Exiled Lands.
