Justice and Honor
An alliance of now liberated Kobolds and Goblins under the command of Pana from Witching Hour . The blind leader of this revolutionary group. They are headquartered around A new mountain . The symbol of their plight and past crimes against them. They despise The Montrells and any other rich members of the city. The Goblins and Kobolds work together, but the Kobolds occupy more of a military and infantry role amongst the organization.
The kobolds serve under Augustus Draconis Caesar, a military commander who wishes to eventually lead an expedition to The Father Bastion Military Base outside of the city and recover any kobolds left there.
Tentative Relations
The Goblins view the comet impact as their salvation, as do the apocalpse cults. This has led to tentative cooperation in some areas. While the Goblins despise certain humanoids on principle, the cultists view the Goblins as the growth after a wildfire, and encourage their revolution

The Spirtualists wish to make peace with the Goblins. The Goblins want to burn the church to the ground
