A group of scattered apocalypse cultists. With no agenda and finally being right about something, the endbringers who sought shelter from the explosion are spreading through the city. They have very little cohesion, but are often looters and chaotic, prone to meaningless violence.
Tentative Relations
The Goblins view the comet impact as their salvation, as do the apocalpse cults. This has led to tentative cooperation in some areas. While the Goblins despise certain humanoids on principle, the cultists view the Goblins as the growth after a wildfire, and encourage their revolution
