Vlorluc

Commander Vlorluc is a high ranking aristocrat in the Bluescale Empire, an aggressive expansionist culture of kuo-toa. He is extremely intelligent, particularly compared to the average kuo-toa, and skilled in both magic and melee combat. Presently, he is assigned to Eel's Maw Stronghold as the officer in charge where he is assembling kuo-toa troops and breeding siege crabs for the Empire's planned invasion of the Black Loch.
