Commander
The senior rank for a column commander. A regiment always has at least one Commander: the second in command and executive officer, in control of the HQ section and its various branches. The executive officer is also nominally in command of the heavy column, but much of the day to day is delegated to a Purovnik in that column's HQ section.
The commander of the armoured column is called Knight-Commander, which is equivalent to Commander.
