Maximilian Vran is the current President of the Federated Union of Eastern Kalin. Hailing from a prestigious family, Maximilian has coasted into office on a wave of change, determined to keep the uneasy peace and balance of power. His largest success on this matter being the Union's participation in the Avolen Conventions just as his first term was beginning.
He has been accused of gaining his position due to his families power, but any who have met him note his undeniable charisma and disarming demeanor. He is well regarded as a talented politician and public speaker, if a bit hard to nail down on real convictions or opinions.
