Winter's Tide

Celebrated in most Mantle worshiping lands, Winter's Tide is the celebration that marks the midway point of winter and the incoming end of a calendar year. The mid-point of winter is more important in places that actually have snow, but it is still marked around the world.
The exact celebration changes from location to location. Some use it simply as an excuse to party. Some use it to mark a new beginning of goals and hopes.
