"The Sunless Day remains a mystery, one we must solve." - Chancellor Aolis

Nearly two full years after it occurred, the Council of 8 of Olbern issued a call for learned men and women to converge on the small island nation to discuss the event now known as the Sunless Day.   The Conference was well attended, with dignitaries from as far away as Veodia and even The Northern Tribes in attendance.   In the end though, the conference never came to an official consensus on what caused the Sunless Day, or how to avoid it happening again.   Some believed the tale told by Norixius Sorra Day Dreamer, that the Half-Orc Warlock she fought caused it (confirmed later to be true), others still call the timing of their battle merely a coincidence.   Nonetheless, having almost the entirety of Kalin's political and religious powers in attendance in one place was marked as a momentous occasion.
