"Aye, it's free real estate." -A common Dwarven saying during the exodus

Following the Return the Dwarves and Duregar of the northern mountains found many of their realms and cities either outright destroyed, conquered, or heavily devestated.   In response, many fled their mountain realms for either Lyath'Or, where Xune and the Drow accepted refugees, or refugee camps just outside the mountains.   As the decades turned into centuries many Dwarves and their families built homes and towns outside of the mountains, and it became clear that many of their realms wouldn't return.   At Xune and the remaining Realm's urgings, many Dwarves and Duregar began migrating and settling south in the heavily (or totally) depopulated lands of Halteri and the Nation of Ghosts. This period of Exodus and Expansion laid the foundation for the later Dwaav-Torva'Dro Abbanshi.
