On a bright sunny day in, almost at noon, the sun went out.   The sun quite literally turned dark. Day became night and chaos descended on the world. People around the world dealt with wide spread rioting, chaos, and disorder. The world was halted and frightened until the Sun rose as normal the next day.   The exact nature of the Sunless Day was debated for decades after it by scholars across every continent. Though as time would show, it was the first attempt in that century to bring about The Return, the end of all things. It was only stopped by Sorra Norixious both during and after the Sunless Day.
