"Those lights, from the forest...what are they?" - A local farmer near the Torva'Ne

Originally reported during the Year of the Dragon, there had been tales of strange lights and sounds emerging from the isolationist Torva'Ne.   Such reports died down for several years, until residents in the former Nation of Ghosts reported a sudden surge in the lights and sounds in 769.   The lights continued for decades, and it was only after the Exile of the Torva'Wea that the truth was found, and that the lights came from the ongoing squabbles between the Torva'Wea and the Torva'Wio.
