Kalliergas

Kalliergas is located in the south-west of the Andranes Republic, in the northern part of the floating landmass which holds Prigyapolis.
The city is mostly focused on farming, and the production of alchemical mixtures and perfumes.

Demographics

Most Kalliergasee are elves, with no subraces being particularly prevalent, but people of many different species live here. Both forest and rock gnomes are appriciated in the city: the former fort their skills in dealing with animals and plants, the latters for their innate knack for alchemy. Loxodons' keen smell is considered extremely useful both in alchemy and in the creation of new perfumes. Stout halflings and dwrves, being naturally resistent to poisons, are considered among the best lab assistants.

Industry & Trade

The lands outside the city are very fertile, and they are used both for cultivation and breeding. Aside from the production of food and fibers, the natural resources around the city are used in the creation of fine perfumes.
The vicinity of Prigyapolis, and the good commercial relations between the two cities, gave birth to a flourishing alchemical industry.

Geography

The city is built on the shore of the Kalliergas lake, which make the surrounding lands very fertile. An artificial river connects the lake to Prigyapolis, and irrigates the farmalnds on the eastern part of the floating landmass.
