Queens is the easternmost and largest in area of the five boroughs of the new Village of York, geographically adjacent to the borough of Brooklyn at the west.
Bronx is the northernmost of the 5 boroughs of the new Village of York. Bronx contains the poorest district in the town which is why it is also called the "Rotting Corner".
Staten is the southernmost borough of the new Village of York, coextensive and situated at the southernmost point of the town.

But, are there any revanchist Dutchmen that want to change it to New Amsterdam?
Not really, I would say it´s rather that there was a Village of York which got abandoned or destroyed and that´s why this village was created but I may think about that backstory again and maybe change it up but we see. But I hope that answer helped at least :)
