Sullatioun Morannus Sullstan (a.k.a. Sully)

Sully, is a small-time fixer that lives in Hilston. He travels the city looking for people who need things that they can not normally find. He has made many contacts over the years, and is good at connecting people who offer services with those that need thoes services, regardless of what they are. Sonny can help you find an honest Inn, a Horse Trader, or put you in touch with someone who might have less commonly found services or goods, that may not be all sanctioned by the city.

While Sully has contact in the thieves guilds, he is not a member, and does his best to not step on any toes. He maintains a cordial a relationship as possible with everyone he comes into contact with.

Sonny can often be found by the city gate looking for people who need assistance, or roaming the many taverns. This lead to the only group that Sully has a problem with. Halflings. Since most of the taverns in the city are owned by halflings, Sully makes it a point not to stay in any one too long and tries not to be too pushy with any patrons.
Sully's problems with halflings is nothing racial, but one of location. Sully is the only human living in a halfling sized house in The Greenway. While Sully is not halfling sized, at 5'1" he is able to squeeze into one of their houses and live a somewhat cramped existence. He does this as the halflings made a deal with the council that since a halfling house only take up half the space of a human house, it should cost half the amount in taxes. The council agreed but declared that any rent charged would than have to be have that of the rest of the district. The halfling, looking out for their community agreed. The council did have one more rule, and that was anyone could rent there, not just halflings. Not thinking anyone would want to live in a halfling house besides a halfling agreed to that also. To their surprise a human learned of this and the reduced rent and moved in. The halfling have been trying to find a way to discourage Sully since he moved in but has been politely resistant. Some halflings have taken to him, but many still see him as an interloper.

Sully is a bit skinny and rail.  While he is not malnourished, he doesn't have much meat on his bones.

Sully is short, and often wears shoes that make him seem taller.
