Japadin

Japadin is a tailor residing in the city of Barad. He met members of the 2nd Legion of the Bulls during their time in Barad. While not universally loved - he proved a valuable ally during the Battle of Barad. 
After his quick endeavor during the civil war, he rebuild is old shop and continued his career as the tailor for the high society of Barad.
