Tiger of Barad

The Tiger of Barad are a loose group of thieves and dreamer. They are strongly intertwined with the lower districts and the lower classes Barad, being by some regarded as the protectors of the common folk. Most of them are young and hopeful - or naive, as others may put it.
Members are marked by a tattoo of the three stripes, meant to symbolize the claws of a tiger tearing apart the injustice of society.
The gang became heavily involved in the Battle of Barad and suffered great losses in an effort to protect their city. As a result they earned the trust of the current Sultana Saschira Kolvahar and have been instituted as a quasi-police force, tasked to restore and keep order in the lower districts of Barad. Sumrasi Baikaran has been put in charge of this police force.
