Artimer Billows

While the majority of Ellirion's underground tries not to draw attention, Artimer takes the opposite approach. He runs an underground fighting ring in the large basement of his lodging establishment called The Abyss. He is not very subtle and does the bare minimum to maintain a legal facade, often provoking the ire of Zanros Silverspot.
