Overview
Netheria is a progenitor archfey gloom Feykin who takes the form of a powerful bog hag. She resides in the Fey Realm.
Netheria is a progenitor fey - blessed with the power of creation from her years of basking in ancient auras of the Fey Realm. As the warden of Shadowslough Swamp, Netheria has become one with the gloom fey putrid essence of the ancient magical swamp, able to utilize its aura to procreate freely. She can spawn certain feykin such as sentient slimes or boggles at will. However, to make more powerful spawn, such as another hag, Netheria must copulate or convince a mother to part with her own unborn child to fascilitate this process.
Netheria has done this only a handful of times - creating the Shadowslough Coven, a community of lesser hags tied to the swamp. One such member of the coven is Yira Inkstep who was investigating the material plane for the opportunity to start her own coven at the time of the fall. Trapped on wrong side of the Fey Gate, Yira's tie to Netheria and the Shadowslough Coven extends beyond realms.
