Skintrader Springs

this is another community that technically falls outside of the borders of Miriador, but is thought of by outsiders as being within the kingdom. Skintraders Springs is a rough and tumble wilderness outpost that is a common hangout for thieves, bandits, gamblers, and run-aways. Like Seeker's Market, there is no Jarl but the town instead has an elected sheriff. The sheriff is thoroughly corrupt and is in the pocket of the thieves guild who actually runs the town and controls most crime within the Dells, the Cutpurse Hills, and on the Forest Road. The thieves guild goes by the simple name “The Outfit”.
