Carver is an enigmatic kindred, he doesn't share much about himself. However, what is known is that he has been Sheriff for as long as Finn has been the Chairman; marking himself as pre-war.
The rumors that people do know is that he isn't just the Sheriff: he's the judge, jury, and executioner for those who blatantly violate the Laws of New Angeles. He has been known to be in the presence of two mages from time to time, whether romantically or not - he doesn't say. But he has been seen on dates with both at the same time. He's known to wine and dine his dinner before enjoying a night with them. Be they male or female, they are out of his home prior to the sun coming up. No, no walk of shame, his phase panther can usually be seen shutting the door with a tentacled limb behind them.

Known only as Bob, his panther is one of the larger males and seems smarter than some of the others. He has a keen cunning in his eyes and the way he reacts to different stressors and stimuli show he is above average intelligence for a panther. He's also sired some kitten himself in the past. So, someone may end up with one of his brood if they were to join the Shadow Riders Guild .

Toned and lean muscles grace Carver's body, along with a multitude of tattoos. He isn't shy about his body nor does he care what he's wearing. Clothing is something he wears for other people's sensibilities, not his own. But, when you do see him - he's usually in a pair of sturdy pants, boots, and a simple shirt. Nothing flashy.

When he lets his hair grow out it's gets about two inches of growth, no more. But, usually he leaves his head shaved closer with just a little hair left. The most striking thing about his facial features is his eyes, they are truly silver. Not pale blue, but a silver color that, if asked he'll say he had pre-embrace.

Identifying Characteristics
Carver is highly tattooed. He's wears simple shirts that lets his sleeves show, well-worn pants, and a pair of hardy boots. He watches onlookers with silver eyes that glint with light (SLx4; Tattoos, Silver Eyes). He stands about 6'1 without the boots, and he almost always has a light smirk on his lips. (there is an air of a predator coming from him that never fades, however, if you catch him out of the corner of your eye - he looks to have a too-wide smile, the corners of his lips scarred up some into his cheeks (think Heath Ledger's joker). His smile has jagged teeth and his silver eyes glint with a hungry menace. Looking at him solidly, he's just him. Your mind must be playing tricks?)
