Dwarf

Dwarves are human-like beings living primarily in the mountain strongholds of Iron Rock and its surroundings. Their bodies have adapted over millennia to be suited to mining and cave dwelling.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Dwarves are slightly shorter, stockier. In the lack of a strong and flexible material such as wood or twine, Dwarves have evolved to grow extremely long and thick beards, which they usually cut and use for building, or keep it as an indicator of high class.

Genetics and Reproduction

Dwarves reproduce like humans.

Ecology and Habitats

Dwarves are best suited for cave dwelling, but in fact go out often for sightseeing and hunting, so they are not un-suited for the outdoors.

Dwarves have evolved dramatically better hearing, smelling, and seeing in the dark than humans.
