Basic Information
Genetics and Reproduction
Apemen reproduced through sexual means involving one member from the Male and Female gender each. The Male will fertilize the female's eggs through sexual intercourse and if inseminated the female will remain pregnant for three months before giving birth to a childling.
Apemen genes are concerningly simple, evidence of genetic tampering by the Sobekian Empire. These cells are severely damaged and without regular intervention, from Sobek Engineers the genome structure of future Apemen would likely have degraded much further past the point of rescue. This is just a theory as there is no way for the University to confirm it.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Apemen were sustained off of a strict diet of NutroBars, blocks of manufactured nutrition that could sustain the primitives for 48 hours at a time. These NutroBars were tasteless and had a texture similar to Keosok (or cardboard).
Additional Information
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Back during the height of the Sobek's power, Apemen were bred in mass and deployed across the cosmos to build new colonies, maintain massive toxic factories, or do any kind of simple menial tasks. They could be found virtually anywhere there was an industrial presence or the more entainment sides of Sobek society.
