Confederal Parliament of Wyndelkynd

The Confederal Parliament of Wyndelkynd is the unified planetary government of Wyndelkynd. It is highly decentralised. There are currently 7 Member Confederations:

Basic Structure

Confederal Parliament - Members of The Supreme Council of Idyllies elect representatives on a 5 year interval, each of which is a member of a political party. The Parliament is unicameral.

Supreme Council of Idyllies - Each Confederation has a Supreme Council of Idyllies, The Council members are instantly recallable should the electorate wish to do so. Recalling council members requires an Issue with at least 50% of the electorate's signature to take effect.

Idyllic System - There are several levels to the Idyllic system that determine the scale of an issue. an issue needs 20% of the electorate's signature to become official in that Idyll and 50% of the electorate's approval to pass.

Structure

This government organ serves as the legislative for decision making on a planetary scale. There are 300 seats in The House of Representatives and it's members are elected by the Councils of Idyllies.
