Confederation of Valetl

The Confederation is the most recently created Continental Confederation, after the ratification of The Valetl Issue by Confederal Parliament (date goes here) Valetl declared independence from Serra and was declared the 7th Confederation of Wyndelkynd.
The Confederation of Valetl is the first representative democracy since the Amber Macuahuitl Republic, as it was implemented under The Etcheliot Party, who found an opportunity to build their government from scratch.
